We're all on the same team and we know the current tunnel plans don't make sense, won't solve congestion and aren't fair. It's all pain, no gain. If you want more sustainable transport options not toxic toll roads, if you are concerned about impacts on environment, climate, property, amenity and community make your voice heard and act today - it's quick, easy and every voice makes a real difference.
We can't do this without you.

Many in the community have written to their Federal Representatives about these wasteful projects but our voices have not been heard. Click here to be part of a Federal Government Petition to ask the Federal Government not to fund these projects. The petition is in the format required for submission to Federal Parliament (Change .org petitions are not able to be submitted) .
If you only have time to do one thing this is the most important!
The Department of Planning and Environment require you to log in to their planning portal to submit an objection. This is the way the Department gathers community responses to the EIS. It is important that you mark your feedback as an objection or it will be discounted as a mere comment. As a community we need as many people as possible to submit their objections to ensure that our communities valid concerns are heard.
Once you have logged in you will be able to complete an online form which outlines the basis of your objection. If you are not sure what to say please see our form letter link below and feel free to copy and paste however it is important to also include personal content to explain how you, your family or community will be personally impacted. The form letter is there to help you and does not include any such as Stop the Tunnels - it will come from you. You can change any information on the letter and we recommend that you try to personalise it as much as possible.

Can't make a submission online? You can still send a physical copy of your submission to the Department of Planning by post or hand deliver it to one of the Department's offices.
Your submission must include:
1. Your name and address, at the top of the letter only;
2. The name of the application and the application number;
3. A statement on whether you support or object to the proposal;
4. The reasons why you support or object to the proposal; and
5. A declaration of any reportable political donations made in the previous two years.
